These terms govern your use of Rent Vietnam (rent-vietnam.com). By browsing the site, viewing listings, or registering, you agree to these conditions.
What Rent Vietnam is
Rent Vietnam is an informational catalog of housing and visarun listings in Vietnam. The site helps you find listings, contact authors, and submit your own listing after moderation. We are not a real estate agency, do not collect rent payments, and are not a party to deals between users.
Who operates the site
The site is operated by the Rent Vietnam project (rent-vietnam.com). For service and terms questions: support@rent-vietnam.com.
Our role
We are not a party to rental, visarun, or other agreements between visitors. Listing information is posted by authors or comes from public sources. Before paying, booking, or moving, verify details, terms, and the other party yourself.
Account and sign-in
Registration is required to submit listings and use your profile. You agree to provide a valid email and not share account access. The administration may restrict or block accounts that break these terms or site rules — reason and duration are shown in your profile when applicable.
Listings and content
By submitting a listing, you confirm you may publish the materials (text, photos, contacts) and that the information is not misleading. Listings are moderated and may be rejected, edited, or removed without explanation if they break the rules or receive justified reports. Contacts in listings are visible to all visitors — only publish what you are comfortable sharing publicly.
Prohibited conduct
Spam, fraud, duplicate or false listings, photos used without permission, abuse, illegal content, attempts to bypass moderation, automated scraping without permission, and any action that disrupts the service or harms other users are prohibited.
Reports and moderation
Visitors may report a listing using the on-site form. We review support messages, reports, and edit requests within a reasonable time but do not guarantee removal for every report unless a violation is confirmed.
Blocking and restrictions
The administration may, at its discretion, temporarily or permanently restrict site access, block an account, and reject, edit, or remove listings if a user breaks these terms, abuses site features, harms the service or other users, posts prohibited content, or receives justified reports. We are not required to give advance notice of every decision or to publicly justify a block; when applicable, the reason and duration appear in the profile. You may contact support to dispute a decision — the final decision rests with the administration.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completeness or accuracy of listings, availability of housing, or successful deals. To the extent permitted by law, Rent Vietnam is not liable for losses arising from communication, rental, travel, or other actions between users and listing authors.
Links and third-party services
Listings may link to messengers, social networks, and other sites. We do not control their content or policies. The map uses OpenStreetMap / CARTO data. Google sign-in is also subject to Google's terms.
Suspension of access
We may at any time suspend or terminate access to the site or your account for violations, legal requirements, to protect the service, or in cases of user abuse. You may stop using the site at any time; account deletion is available through support.
Changes to these terms
We may update this agreement. The current version is published at rent-vietnam.com/terms with the date at the top. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the updated terms.
